Timber Cove’s Coast Kitchen, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and featuring fresh, seasonal fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner, welcomes back Ronald Andrade as executive chef. Ronald Andrade is from Ecuador where he went to culinary school and acquired knowledge in many styles, including Ecuadorian cuisine. Andrade previously served as the executive chef of Coast Kitchen from 2018 through 2020 before moving to Miami, Florida, where he held an executive chef position at Grove Bay Hospitality Group. Chef Andrade now oversees all culinary concepts and programming at Timber Cove Resort continuing his passion for developing seasonally driven menus inspired by the California coastline.
